Daniel Patterson was born in Plantation, Florida, and grew up in Camden, Maine, and Delray Beach, Florida. He served as a military police officer in the United States Army Reserves for 14 years and completed three combat tours, one in Iraq and two in Afghanistan. After his military service, Daniel became a Deacon at Seacrest Presbyterian Church from 2015 to 2020 and has been a Ruling Elder there since 2020. He leads the Wednesday night children’s ministry “Family Activity Night” and teaches Adult Sunday School. Daniel and his wife, Mary Downing, married in 2015 and have four children. He was Maintenance Director at Seacrest Presbyterian Church from 2013 to 2022. In 2022, he started teaching Bible to upper-school students at Trinity Christian Academy in Lake Worth.
